Project overview: This NYC Landmarked building required extensive masonry and structural repairs to the bulkheads and facade. Local Law 11/98 facade repairs were required by the City of New York. Future work will include Limestone/ Terra Cotta restoration and roof terrace replacement.
Scope: Replacement of all bulkhead masonry, lintel restoration, structural steel repairs, corner column restoration.
