Founded in 2001, EGA, Architect, PLLC is a leader in diagnostics and forensic building investigations.  Based on these investigations, EGA designs and implements building restoration, repair and new capital construction programs.  Stewarded by Principal Edward G. Agnoli, AIA, EGA has provided building diagnostic services and continuous on-site building review of repair programs for hundreds of buildings throughout the Metropolitan New York-New Jersey area.

The EGA team brings more than 35 years of investigative, construction and Architectural experience to each project.  The firm’s ability to communicate in plain language with building Owners, Cooperative and Condominium boards, and residents of private owned buildings has set EGA apart from the other firms in the field.

Principal Edward G. Agnoli, with more than 30 years of construction and design experience, oversees all aspects of the firm’s work. Recognized and respected as a leader in restoration Architecture in New York City, Senor Associate Edward G. Agnoli, controls the day-to-day activities of each job site in order to assess and evaluate the progress of the work and your building’s integrity and condition.

EGA’s work is comprehensive and accurate.  It includes a cadre of professional services, all working together to ensure the successful achievement of your buildings objectives:

  • Formulation of a comprehensive plans keyed to specific diagnostic findings;
  • Development of specifications and detailed construction plans, based both on comprehensive planning and upon the objective of the Owner or the board and the financial means available for the work;
  • Independent evaluation of construction bids;

Performing periodic observations through weekly job meetings and frequent weekly site visits, both scheduled and unannounced, to assess the progress of the project.  EGA protects the best interest of the building Owner.
