Agnoli, controls the day-to-day activities of each job site in order to assess and evaluate the progress of the work and your building’s integrity and condition.
EGA’s work is comprehensive and accurate. It includes a cadre of professional services, all working together to ensure the successful achievement of your buildings objectives:
- Formulation of a comprehensive plans keyed to specific diagnostic findings;
- Development of specifications and detailed construction plans, based both on comprehensive planning and upon the objective of the Owner or the board and the financial means available for the work;
- Independent evaluation of construction bids;
Performing periodic observations through weekly job meetings and frequent weekly site visits, both scheduled and unannounced, to assess the progress of the project. EGA protects the best interest of the building Owner.
