Project overview: This upper west side Building required a full facade, balcony and roof restoration. All exposed concrete was sounded and patched, new balcony railings were installed and all masonry was repaired. the roof is scheduled to be replace in the spring of 2017. Work on the exterior was expected to be completed as quickly as possible because the building we undergoing a full interior upgrade.
Scope: Full balcony concrete restoration, concrete “eyebrow”brick restoration brick masonry restoration and roof replacement.
